Graham’s Blend Nº5 White
The release of Blend # 5 White Half Dry follows the growing popularity of White Port & Tonic as an aperitif. While most white Ports are made up of a blend of white grape varieties, Mistura Nº5 is made up of two Portuguese grape varieties, Malvasia Fina fresco and Moscatel Aromatic Galician. The final blend is half dry, deliberately designed to mix well with tonic and is also an excellent solo. Grapes are hand picked and cold fermented in small batches. Mix # 5 is bottled 3 months after harvest to preserve maximum freshness and should be consumed young and refrigerated after opening.
Graham’s Extra Dry White

The grapes were harvested by hand into small boxes of 20 kg. The composition of the blend varies with the production of each variety in the vineyard. The grapes were cooled at the entrance to the cellar and immediately pressed. The resulting must decanted in low temperature stainless steel tanks and then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks in order to preserve all the natural aromas and flavors of the grapes that give rise to them. The result is a lemon yellow wine, with tropical notes of mango, pineapple and citrus. In the mouth it is balanced, with a lively acidity and a refreshing finish. Contains Sulfites.
Fidalgo de Silgueiros White
Ribeiro Santo Reserva Bruto Magnum White
Total destemming and pressing. Selection of the grape must and cooling at low temperatures. Fermentation only in stainless steel vats, with temperatures rounding the 16ºC for 3 weeks Traditional method of fermentation in-bottle, in a cool cellar, for 18 months, followed by the degorgement.Straw-coloured, green apple with tropical fruit aromas. Citric acidity, fine and elegant bubbles. On the palate has well acidity and is fresh and crunchy. Contain sulfites.
Cabriz DOC Bruto Magnum White
Produced with the varieties Arinto and Bical. It is a sparkling wine with a light yellow and citrus color, fine to medium bubble, very persistent. Nose citrus, little complex, with light pastry and sap. Sweet touch with good freshness and living finish. Excellent as an appetizer or to accompany seafood dishes, fish, grilled meats, various desserts. Store in a cool, dry place. Crushing with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 16 ° C. Sparkling by the classical method. Contains sulfites.
Chão da Quinta Field Blend White
It was prepared using the classic open spout method, followed by cold decantation. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14ºC for 4 weeks. Natural stage in contact with fine lees for 7 months in stainless steel vat until bottling. Bright citrus color. Very exuberant fruity aroma, with notes of pulpy fruit (peach and apricot), as well as a light herbaceous aroma of dry straw, almost reminiscent of tea. On the palate it shows well its well-marked acidity, without being exaggerated and a pleasant volume. Very tropical (passion fruit and pineapple) and citrus, with notes also of dry straw and very mineral. Very persistent aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
