The grapes were harvested, after a rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the cellar. Subsequently pressed with the whole bunch, at low pressure. The must fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for 4 months. With a defined citrus color, it has a young aroma. Good mineral character, which gives it freshness, together with citrus and tropical notes. Vibrant in the mouth, voluminous, with a natural acidity that makes it a fresh and appealing wine. Medium and fruity finish. Contains sulfites.
Adega de Penalva Cerceal White
Crushing with destemming, without skin maceration and 2/3 with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and 1/3 in new barrels. Citrus yellow color, austere aroma with a light touch of wood and some complexity. A generous and very acidic variety, which produces wines of great longevity and enormous elegance. Strong flavor dominated by the freshness of acidity, elegance and the structure of the variety. A white man who knows more than he smells. Contains sulfites.
Maria Izabel White
The maturation phase occurred later, due to lack of water in the soil and heat. The harvested grapes rested for 24 hours in a refrigerated container at 8º C in order to protect the integrity of the bunches. After rigorous selection in the cellar, the grapes were pressed with the entire bunch, at low pressure. Part of the batch was fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for 8 months, and the rest in French oak barrels. Pale yellow in color, it has a fresh and complex aroma. Mineral character, which gives it freshness, together with citrus and floral notes, with a slight aroma of smoke. Frank in the mouth is mineral, enveloping with acidity tempered by the light greasiness provided by the partial malolactic produced in barrels. Contains sulfites.
Textura da Estrela White
After destemming and pressing, the tear wort was statically decanted for 48 hours. Fermentation and aging take place in a 2500 L French oak barrel (50%) and in cement (50%). The wine ages for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage, followed by another 10 months in stainless steel. Texture of Estrela Branco is a white with a complex aroma. Orange peel, raw nuts and dried tea leaf are the most obvious. In the mouth, it has remarkable acidity and minerality, the citrus fruit is highlighted as well as a creamy texture from the fermentation in a wooden barrel, well integrated. Contains sulfites.
Textura Pura Magnum White
Coming from the 28-55 year old Texture vineyards in Vila Nova de Tazem, in the Serra da Estrela sub-region, at an altitude of 480-550 m, on granitic soils. The tear must naturally fermented in new French oak (70%) and foudre (30%) barrels. Aged for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage, followed by 10 months in stainless steel tanks. Naturally stabilized. It is a very elegant wine, with delicate citrus aromas, mainly lemon and lime, cedar, pepper and even a noticeable oak. Acidity and crunchy minerality, it shows great potential despite the concentration of still young, dense and creamy old vines. Long and pleasant finish. Contains sulfites.
Tesouro da Sé Private Selection White
Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months followed by bottling. It reveals a bright citrus color and a very elegant aroma, showing delicate notes of linden and orange blossom, married with soft expressions of white pulp fruit and brief nuance of vanilla. In the mouth it is harmonious and complex with a good expression of structuring acidity, elegant minerality and exquisite persistence. Contains Sulfites.

Fermentation and aging in 100% stainless steel vats at low temperature. The exuberance and transparency of the Encruzado grape variety, combined with the delicate floral aromas of Bical and the austerity of Cercial, allowed us to “design” a white wine with a unique profile.
With contained and vibrant acidity, a linear structure of intense gravity and a long and full finish, Villae shows itself as a beautiful testimony of the original terroir. Contains sulfites.

A lot of structure, intense flavor and beautiful acidity. A set of great level with great gastronomic aptitude.

The grapes after being harvested by hand are gently pressed in a vacuum press. After a slight decantation, the must fermented with native yeasts in a 650-liter hull and stainless steel tanks at below 16ºC. The 3B (Baga and Bical from an Atlantic region started by B ...) was born from the desire to create a traditional method, aromatic, refreshing, honest and elegant based on the native grapes of vines that respect the farming tradition of the region. Pressing of the whole grapes followed by decantation and fermentation in a vat with controlled temperature. Small part fermented in barrel. Followed by the classic method (bottle fermentation) that is never less than one year. Citrus color, very fine aroma in the aroma, with notes of white flowers. Palate in the mouth confirms the finess of the aroma, with slight notes of white fruit. Test final very good structure and freshness. Contains sulfites.

Predominantly elaborated from the Encruzado 80% and Cercial 20%, this wine fermented two months in small volumes, followed by batonage and bottling.
