Monte da Ravasqueira Grande Reserva Brut Nature White
Ravasqueira Espumante Grande Reserva is made exclusively from grapes of the Alfrocheiro variety, harvested by hand and produced according to the traditional method, with the second fermentation in the bottle, where it aged on the lees for 48 months. It presents a Brut Nature style as it is the best way to express the full potential of the grape variety and the terroir where it is planted. This wine is the result of an exercise of dedication, passion and art, as is the case with the ancient Arraiolos carpets, existing in Monte da Ravasqueira since the beginning of the 16th century and which are honored through the graphic elements on each bottle. . A production of 2500 bottles, Geraldine Rosé is a monocasta from Touriga Nacional. Aged for 18 months on fine lees. In the mouth, it is thin and sophisticated, with notes of red fruits and raspberry. With a persistent thin bubble and salmon tone, it is dense, structured, with balanced and social acidity. Contains sulfites.
Raposeira Super Reserva Bruto White
Minimum age 5 years in the basement. A sparkling wine of choice, with a light straw color and a very harmonious fruity, intense and ripe aroma that gives it a fresh and unique taste. Ideal to accompany roasted meat dishes, it is an excellent option for a lively dinner with friends. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Calçada Reserva Bruto Imperial White
Vineyards located at the foot of the Serra do Marão, with a strong maritime influence, the Alvarinho and Loureiro grapes were gently pressed. The must was fermented in French oak barrels and the wine was then aged there for 1 year. The elaboration, following the classic method, took place in our cellar at controlled temperature, followed by a one-year aging in bottle. Degorgement and 2 months of final stage in bottle were carried out. This sparkling wine has a bright yellow citrus color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with light notes of brioche and dried fruits involved by the high salinity and minerality of the region. Good volume in the mouth, light toasted, complex and crunchy acidity resulting in a persistent and long finish. Contains sulfites.
