Johnny Neill's gin evokes childhood memories of visiting his grandparents on their farm, taking a firm Whitley family favorite in rhubarb and giving it a warm twist with the addition of fresh ginger.

This gin represents a very classic London Dry expression, with a focus on a dry orange peel and citrus. The profile is rounded off with the earthy spice and bittersweet balance taking center stage. Smooth and rounded aroma. Still present the juniper, now followed by the bitter sweet taste of candied orange. A subtle underlying floral note brightens the nose. Strong flavor notes of candied orange, a touch of white pepper and a solid juniper backbone. Apparently a little sweeter and smoother than the original. A pleasant oily texture refreshes the mouth. The orange persists until the end. The juniper is still present and complements the citrus. A little earthy and woody.

Acclaimed photographer and artist Erik Madigan Heck drew inspiration from the nature and landscape of The Macallan Estate when capturing the complex flavor of The Macallan Double Cask 30 Years Old. The whiskey itself is a rich, luxurious blend of flavor, and Erik Madigan Heck has used natural light to capture this depth of character in his still life. The reflective surface enhances the idea of flavors blending together - almost as if they merge seamlessly as one - with the soft focus echoing the long-lasting taste experience.? The natural color of the whiskey's golden acorn is the focal point of the photo. Its rich hue and translucent sheen influenced the color palette of the overall piece, with soft caramels and browns and hints of red and green once again showing the depth of its flavor profile.

Notes of roasted coffee and chocolate on a woody base, on a background of fruity notes, spices of dried fruits and nutmeg. Broad and rich flavor on the palate. Eight botanicals (juniper berries, angelica root, orris root, caraway seeds, coriander seeds, sweet meadow, cardamom and anise) are slowly distilled in a copper pot. Then, four botanicals are fused in steam (gunpowder tea, Chinese lemon, oriental grapefruit and kaffir lime). Overall, it is a very balanced and surprising gin.

Aged for 25 years in Oloroso Sherry barrels, its color is naturally obtained through the exceptional barrels used. It results in a luxury whiskey, characterized by notes of vanilla, ginger and nuts. The Macallan Rare Cask features two of Macallan's greatest and most striking qualities - oak barrels seasoned with sherry and natural color. Ruby red color with soft notes of opulent vanilla and raisins give way to a sweet apple, lemon and orange set. All balanced by a spicy quartet of ginger root, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. A Lagavulin Edition 2006 Distillers single malt, matured in ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks until bottled in 2021. Aromas of bold peat, sweet vanilla, roasted malt and gray smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of sea salt, coffee, vanilla. , intense peat smoke and notes of green apple and lemon throughout the palate.
Pablo Dry
Gin Pablo is produced in Portugal following the strict rules of Traditional London Dry Gin. The final distillate has an alcohol content of approximately 80% which will later be diluted to 43% before bottling. The marriage between the various ingredients is achieved through the maceration time and the care and patience in the distillation. A batch of Pablo takes 2 days to be ready to be bottled.
