Herdade do Peso Grande Reserva Trinca Bolotas Red
Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. The grapes were harvested at their optimum phenolic / aromatic ripening point. After destemming and gentle crushing, a 4-day pre-fermentative maceration was performed to increase its complexity. Fermented at 26ºC with gentle pumping over, preserving the fruit and extracting smooth tannins important for the balance of the final wine. Wine with an intense, complex and attractive aroma. A blend of aromas from the most fruity side to the most shrubby side. In the mouth it presents volume, very well integrated tannins and good acidity, which make it an extremely "greedy" wine. Quinta do Gradil Ganita Red
The grapes were vinified separately in 500L (Spin-Barrel) rotary barrels, with further aging for 12 months in 225L barrels of wood of different origins, and another 12 months of aging in the bottle where it continues to stand. On the palate one can feel deep aromas of bergamot, notes of mint (balsamic) and Chinese ink. The mouth reveals intense but very elegant tannins and well integrated into the wine's structure to provide an unforgettable and long finish. Contains Sulfites.
Flor do Tua Reserva Red
Flor do Tua Grande Reserva Red
Transport in boxes of 20 kg, destemming with crushing, pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature at 24ºC. Stage in new French oak barrels where it remains for 14 months. Color red garnet, aromas of black plums and wild blackberries in good dialogue with the barrel. Contains Sulfites.
Florão Red
The grapes are harvested into small boxes and received in the property's cellar. Manual sorting is followed by destemming and gentle crushing, after which the grapes are transferred to fermentation vessels using a peristaltic pump. Fermentations are followed individually and temperatures and maceration movements are adjusted in order to maximize the potential of the grapes. Aging 50% of the batch aged for 6 months in third and fourth year 400L French oak barrels. The relatively fresh cycle of the year is reflected in the elegance and clarity of the aromas, which denote pine and eucalyptus and also notes of rose bush. It also reveals hints of raspberry and currant. In the mouth it is very fresh, with wild fruit flavors complemented by spicy notes from fine tannins, as well as cloves and nutmeg. Very pleasant right away, but it will improve a lot with another year or two of evolution in the bottle.
Quinta da Pedra Escrita Red
Organic Wine, 100% manual vintage, for small perforated boxes. Choice table reception. Stalk and crush. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation for 3 weeks with temperature control. It aged for 15 months in new 300 L French oak barrels. Intense and very fresh aroma, showing well the cool summer nights at altitude in the Douro Superior, marked by violets, black and red fruits very characteristic of the grapes that gave rise to it, in balance with very subtle notes of French barrel. In the mouth, freshness, acidity and live tannins denote the soil and climate and provide longevity, then all the notes of aroma are felt in an elegant and long set.

Quinta do Crasto Reserva Vinhas Velhas Red
Quinta do Crasto Reserve Old Vines aged in French oak barrels (85%) and American oak barrels (15%), where it remained for about 18 months. The grapes from Vinhas Velhas were transported in boxes of 22 kg capacity and subjected to rigorous sorting on a table of choice at the entrance to the cellar. After a complete destemming and a slight crushing, the must was transferred to fermentation vats in stainless steel with controlled temperature. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, a soft pressing was carried out. With a deep ruby ??color, it impresses on the nose for its extraordinary freshness and complexity, with fresh aromas of forest, where fresh notes of rock rose, and seductive aromas of wild Douro fruits stand out. In the mouth it presents an elegant beginning, evolving into a wine of excellent volume and solid structure, where we find tannins with a complex texture. An engaging wine that finishes balanced, fresh and very persistent. A wine of extraordinary complexity that fully reflects the essence of the old vineyards at Quinta do Crasto. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Crasto Tinta Roriz Red
The grapes from the best Tinta Roriz field at Quinta do Crasto were transported in boxes of 22 kg of food plastic and subjected to a rigorous sorting at the entrance of the winery. After a traditional mill tread, the masses were transferred to an open-top stainless steel vat and mechanical stems where they were fermented for 10 days at controlled temperature. After the alcoholic fermentation the grapes were gently pressed in hydraulic presses. Aged in new barrels of 225 liters of French oak for 18 months. It has an opaque, violet color laden with aroma of excellent aromatic intensity, where notes of ripe red fruits stand out, fresh notes of esteva, which resemble menthol notes. Very complex and inviting aroma. In the mouth has a powerful beginning, evolved to a wine of great volume, massive tannins but of elegant texture. All very well wrapped in retro nose scents that resemble red fruits. A very gastronomic wine of seductive character that finishes balanced and persistent. Contains Sulfites.
QUINTA DO CÔTTO Vinha do Dote Red
Grapes from a vineyard called Vinha do Dote. All grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes. After a complete destemming and light crushing, they moved to stainless steel vats where they fermented. Total aging in Portuguese and French oak barrels for 15 months. Vineyards with an average age of 90 years. It presents an intense ruby color, reserved aroma with great complexity. Some spice, vegetable notes and hidden ripe fruit. Present and expressive fruit, wild fruits. Good volume in the mouth, serious, ripe and textured tannins and with freshness to balance the set well. Quinta da Carolina Reserva Especial 2011 Red
The grapes were harvested in 25kg plastic boxes, hand-picked from berry to berry, destemmed and trampled on foot in traditional presses, fermented in presses for a week at a temperature of 26ºC. Malolactic fermentation took place in new French oak casks, where the wine aged for 18 months. Dark ruby color. Fresh notes of black fruits on the nose without over-ripening, all well matched and balanced with new wood, good volume in the mouth with a refreshing acidity to balance the concentration of the wine, the tannins are present but ripe. Long and elegant finish with notes of vanilla and fruit. Contains sulfites.

50% French Oak Barrels (500lt) for 3 months and the remainder in Stainless Steel (Battonage). Vinification without added sulfur under an inert atmosphere. Strict selection of bunches on the selection table. Perfect conduction of malolactic fermentation that occurs prior to alcoholic fermentation. Aggressive maceration, in order to extract the maximum amount of natural antioxidant compounds and other phenolic compounds at 22ºC. In the mouth it is fresh, full-bodied with a slight chocolate character and a rare finish. Primary aromas of black cherries and wild fruits typical of the variety. This wine accompanies meats, cheeses and Mediterranean cuisine in general. Decant before consuming. Serve between 15 and 16ºC.
Carm Reserva Red
In the nose, very fresh and intense with notes of wild black fruits and black cherries in balance with seductive nuances of 'Liquorice', being the aroma complexed by the notes of the wood. In the mouth it is very concentrated, warm, with firm tannins and soft texture, very intense and persistent finish to show with strength the strength of wines of the Upper Douro. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvest, degummed and fermented grapes with thermal control in a small volume stainless steel mill with a moderate mechanical step. Malolactic fermentation in new barrels selected from French oak in an air-conditioned environment, followed by a stage in new barrels for wine-wood integration, 18 months. After a gentle filtration, the wine was bottled and rested for thinning for 12 months in the basement. This wine was made from grapes from the oldest vineyards in the region of Borba, with two of the most emblematic and representative grape varieties of the region, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet, settled in shale soils. Color grenade with red nuance. Good aromatic intensity, with emphasis on forest fruits, chocolate, tobacco and toast. Quinta de Ventozelo Tinta Amarela Red
Manual harvest, during the month of September. The grapes were received at the winery, in the special line, with total destemming and manual selection of bunches and later “berry by berry” by an optical sorting machine. Fermentation was carried out in a press, with pre-fermentation maceration and temperature control. Internship for 18 months. This wine shows a violet color and a smooth and fruity aromatic profile. It is a complex wine on the palate, deep but delicate. The aromas of ripe fruit that can be felt in the nose also appear with subtlety in the mouth and linger at the end of the tasting. Quinta do Vallado Adelaide 2015 com caixa Red
The grapes, after careful manual selection on the choice mat, were de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24°C and mechanical pumping over by robot for 9 days. Very focused. With balsamic notes of oak, fig, black plums and tobacco. Full-bodied, firm, ripe flavor with satin tannins. Mineral notes and a very elegant complex and persistent finish. Adega de Borba Garrafeira Red
The grapes were crushed gently with total destemming, which was followed by the alcoholic fermentation process in a stainless steel mill, with moderate mechanical treading, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control at 24ºC. The wine aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. After light filtration, bottling took place and a final stage in a 30-month cellar in the bottle. Deep garnet color, good aromatic intensity to very ripe black fruits, cocoa and toasted nuts. A soft flavor with silky tannins of raisin fruit and wild berry, full-bodied but with a long-lasting freshness. Contains sulfites.
Vila Jardim Santar Red
As hand-vindicated grapes for small boxes of 25 Kg, according to a judicious selection of melhores na vinha grapes. As completely ungagged grapes for small stainless steel tanks. The fermentation lasted about 15 days with controlled temperature and soft remontagens for a boa extraction of heart and aromas. After a malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in French (80%) and American (20%) barrels of carvalho and batchwise, to balance varietal fruit and complex carvalho. It appears as an intense ruby color. Very fine and delicate without aroma, prevailing with notes of bergamot and vermelho fruits. On the palate it is well-integrated with notes from the oak barrels that are perfectly integrated, always enhancing the chaste floral notes to show the virtues of this specific terroir that gives it great complexity and longevity. Count me sulfites.
Prima Toro Red
Original from Spain, Prima is produced through the varieties Tinta de Toro (90%) and Granache (10%). Aged for 12 months in French and American oak for one and two years: Exceptionally aromatic, with intense notes of fresh fruits and an excellent balance between alcohol and acidity. A modern, civilized and sophisticated "Toro" for all connoisseurs.

Vega Sicilia Valbuena Red
This flexible red shows a solid balance of fresh fruits and mashed tobacco and leather flavors, with well integrated tannins, lively acidity and vanilla and spice finishing. It is not flashy, but harmonious. The red Valbuena aged for less time than the Vega Sicilia Único. It is a wine that comes from the younger vineyards and, mainly, is made with varieties of tempranillo and more merlot than cabernet sauvignon. Contains Sulfites.

After a good roast and smoked appearing next to creamy spices, it explores juicy red and black fruit on a colored background by important mineral freshness that gives the balsamic. Monte da Cal Segredo de Saturno Red
Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC, with cuvasion until malolactic completion. Aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels, 50% new and 50% second-use. The best 30 of 70 barrels were selected. 48 months of bottle aging. Intense garnet color with slight violet tones. Intense aroma with distinct complexity and a mix of fruity and tertiary notes. In the mouth it is fruity, soft, well structured, harmonious and with a distinct persistence. Contains sulfites.
Mouchão Red
It is the reference wine of the estate, since the first harvest was bottled in 1949, and reflects the unique temperament of the winery. Mouchão wine is born mainly from the best grapes of Alicante Bouschet, while the rest is found in the selection of other varieties such as Habitué Trincadeira, the famous Vinha dos Carapetos, and Aragonês, which is also sometimes invited. This happy combination results in a wine full of personality, with fragrant aroma, fresh and very elegant. It is a wine whose flavor expresses its slow maturation and which strongly reflects its origin and respect for tradition. After harvesting by hand, the grapes follow in small baskets to the cellar, where, after an experienced walk on stone wineries and fermentation, the Mouchão rests in barrels of Portuguese oak, macacaúba and mahogany for at least three years. It grows in all its intensity, character and robustness, but will still have to mature in bottle for another two years. Mouchão wine has a deep, concentrated color, and has a spicy character. Its unique tannin structure enhances a long bottle aging, which can improve significantly on guard for two decades, or even longer. Contains Sulfites.
