The grapes, from a specific plot, were fermented in 228 and 400 liter barrels with indigenous yeasts in which they remained for 10 months until 2000 bottles were filled. Finally, they aged 16 months in the basement until they were launched on the market. Pale and greenish-yellow appearance, intense nose with light orange blossom, dried grass, peach, grapefruit, lime, white pepper, biscuit and wet stone. In the mouth it is dry, medium body, intense and long finish. An extremely complex wine but not very intense with aromas. Some floral, fruity and mineral aromas are not overlapping.
