Manual selection of the bunches, complete destemming followed by gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank. Aging on fine lees until January. Color: citrine with light straw reflections. Very fine and elegant aroma, with delicate floral notes (characteristic of the variety) standing out. In the background, adding complexity to the whole, we are surprised by its fruity side, which this year balances between citrus and tropical fruits. Creamy attack that then develops into an explosion of flowers and fruit, always accompanied by crystalline acidity. Contains sulfites.
