Filipa Pato Nossa Missão Red
Missão, is a small centennial vineyard of 0.57 hectares with pre-phylloxeric vines of over 100 years. Production is limited to only 500 bottles and 30 magnums. It is located on a gentle slope with east orientation, the soil is of limestone origin from the Lower Jurassic era, with reddish clay. The cultivation and harvesting are totally manual and the sorting of the grapes is done in the vineyard itself. A part of the grapes are destemmed, and the percentage of whole grapes depends on the conditions of each harvest. Fermentation takes place slowly for about 3 weeks, with indigenous yeasts, the flow is smooth and long. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine drains by gravity and the masses are pressed. The whole fills only a traditional 500 liter kite where it stays for 18 months in our basement. The "Missão" is a remarkable wine for its pure expression of Berry. While young, the aromas resemble violet and strawberry. After 7-9 years, the aromas become more complex with a lot of energy and concentration. The tannins, although very alive, are soft, lively acidity, long finish, irreverent and elegant. It is a wine with long aging potential. Contains Sulfites.

Belle Epoque Rosé has the acidity of the citrus fruits, the sweetness of the flowers, a unique style of multiple sensations. A floral signature, a refined and fruity bouquet of peony and Rosé. Subtle notes of red berries, strawberries and wild raspberries. The power of the fruity and delicate notes of Pinot Noir from the Montagne terreir of Reims is responsible for 50% of the composition, while Pinot Meunier (5%) gives the fragrance of ripe red fruits along with roundness and balance. Quinta das Marias Rose
Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes. De-stemmed and crushed, followed by mass cooling and gentle pressing. After decanting the must, alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperature (18 ºC) for 15 days. After fermentation, it was aged on fine lees for 3 months, having been "batonnage" during the first month.Rosé from Quinta das Marias is a refreshing wine that appeals to hot days with friends around the pool. that does not lose its flavor and freshness. Mob Lote 3 White
Fermented in small stainless steel vats and oak barrels. He spent eight months in barrel, with slight battonage. It is a wine with a beautiful golden color given by the maturation and richness of the grapes Encruzado and Bical. The subtle aromas are dominated by a complex bouquet of white fruits, herbs and minerality. In the mouth it has an opulent impact, but thanks to its great acidity it becomes very balanced and long. M.O.B. Lot 3 "winks" to the past with its complex and austere aromas that do not fit into the conventional light aromatic whites. Contains Sulfites.
