The Alvarinho grapes used in the Winemaking of the Sparkling Soalheiro are selected in the vines with a lower sugar concentration and fresh acidity implanted in soil of granite origin between 100 and 200 meters of altitude. Melgaço, the northernmost region of Portugal, is protected by a series of mountain ranges that allow a perfect marriage between rainfall, temperature and the number of hours of sunshine required to better ripen the grapes of the Alvarinho variety. from the Alvarinho grape variety requires a careful choice of grapes. The wort resulting from this selection ferments the temperature controlled, obtaining the base wine for sparkling wine. This wine suffers, already in bottle, a second fermentation. The permanence in the basement, the low temperature and constant for several months allows this sparkling wine to show all the elegance of the Alvarinho variety. After this stage of fermentation and stage, degorgement is carried out, an operation that allows the elimination of the existing yeasts in the bottle and the replacement of the provisional metal capsule by the definitive stopper typical of the sparkling wine. It presents yellow citrine color, fine and persistent bubble. The aroma reveals the fruit of the Alvarinho variety, denoting a good balance between acidity and alcohol. Entredocs Arinto White
José Luis Oliveira da Silva (Casa Santos Lima) and Alexandre Relvas (Casa Relvas) teamed up to launch a great white wine. A limited edition of a wine that celebrates the great Arinto variety, as well as a great friendship. Manual harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in 400L barrels for 10 to 15 days. 50% of the wine aged for 12 months in 400L French oak barrels. Yellow color with golden hints, aroma with great aromatic complexity. Yellow color with golden hints, aromas of great aromatic complexity that suggest dried fruits and notes of honey. Complex palate, with a lot of volume in the mouth and a lot of freshness. Sidecar Red
Sharing moments, ideas and experiences with other winemakers or people related to wine is something that Susana Esteban always liked and encouraged. And for this reason he decided to create the Sidecar brand. Every year the producer and winemaker will challenge a friend to make a wine in his cellar in Mora. They will decide how to interpret the fantastic vineyards of the region and as the project's mentor says, they will be driving the bike! For the second edition of the Sidecar invited two friends, the oenologist Filipa Pato and the sommelier William Wouters. An interesting trio, and that above all, makes sense! It decided to join a field blend of traditional varieties of Serra de São Mamede, a cooler and higher altitude zone of the Alentejo, with a Berry of a century-old vineyard of Bairrada, zone influenced by the Atlantic. The wines fermented and stamped both in amphora.

The combination of two grape varieties, Aragonês and Moscatel Roxo in the old vineyards of Serra de São Mamede, gives it a unique aroma and characteristics, resulting in a dry, fresh and gastronomic wine.
