Of intense and splendorous tonality. It has a very vivid pink coloration. The bubbles are thin and the foam is persistent. The aroma is ample and expressive, at the same time fresh and young. Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second bottle fermentation according to the traditional method. Aged for 48 months in the bottle. Pale copper color. Intense and complex aroma, dry fruits, bread yeast stand out in an austere set. On the palate the blister is fine and abundant with smooth and creamy foam. Coming from the best plots of this farm, the Alvarinho, Loureiro and Arinto grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, after static decanting, fermented in French oak barrels where it aged for 8 months. This Reserve edition has a citrus yellow color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with notes of wood well integrated and combined with the minerality of the wine. Good volume in the mouth (creamy), with a crunchy acidity and a fresh and long finish. Casa de Santar DOC Rose
The rosé at Casa de Santar is, perhaps, the realization of an old idea. There is even a curious story in which a French oenologist came to Santar one day to make his first experiments with rosé wine. This rosé was never sold, but it helped us to realize that if there is a place in Portugal to make a rosé with a Provencal accent, it could only be in the vineyards of Casa de Santar. Produced exclusively from Touriga Nacional, it is balance and finesse. It is a dry rosé, ideal to accompany sophisticated meals and that will not leave anyone indifferent. Contains sulfites.

The Alvarinho grapes used in the Winemaking of the Sparkling Soalheiro are selected in the vines with a lower sugar concentration and fresh acidity implanted in soil of granite origin between 100 and 200 meters of altitude. Melgaço, the northernmost region of Portugal, is protected by a series of mountain ranges that allow a perfect marriage between rainfall, temperature and the number of hours of sunshine required to better ripen the grapes of the Alvarinho variety. from the Alvarinho grape variety requires a careful choice of grapes. The wort resulting from this selection ferments the temperature controlled, obtaining the base wine for sparkling wine. This wine suffers, already in bottle, a second fermentation. The permanence in the basement, the low temperature and constant for several months allows this sparkling wine to show all the elegance of the Alvarinho variety. After this stage of fermentation and stage, degorgement is carried out, an operation that allows the elimination of the existing yeasts in the bottle and the replacement of the provisional metal capsule by the definitive stopper typical of the sparkling wine. It presents yellow citrine color, fine and persistent bubble. The aroma reveals the fruit of the Alvarinho variety, denoting a good balance between acidity and alcohol. José Luis Oliveira da Silva (Casa Santos Lima) and Alexandre Relvas (Casa Relvas) teamed up to launch a great white wine. A limited edition of a wine that celebrates the great Arinto variety, as well as a great friendship. Manual harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in 400L barrels for 10 to 15 days. 50% of the wine aged for 12 months in 400L French oak barrels. Yellow color with golden hints, aroma with great aromatic complexity. Sidecar Red
Sharing moments, ideas and experiences with other winemakers or people related to wine is something that Susana Esteban always liked and encouraged. And for this reason he decided to create the Sidecar brand. Every year the producer and winemaker will challenge a friend to make a wine in his cellar in Mora. They will decide how to interpret the fantastic vineyards of the region and as the project's mentor says, they will be driving the bike! For the second edition of the Sidecar invited two friends, the oenologist Filipa Pato and the sommelier William Wouters. An interesting trio, and that above all, makes sense! It decided to join a field blend of traditional varieties of Serra de São Mamede, a cooler and higher altitude zone of the Alentejo, with a Berry of a century-old vineyard of Bairrada, zone influenced by the Atlantic. The wines fermented and stamped both in amphora.
