Jack Daniel’s whiskey was made 80% corn, 12% rye and 8% malt, through the filtration method with charcoal – own of the whislies of Tennessee. It has a golden amber color with fruity notes. The maturation in American oak barrels smoothed the palate of this whiskey, giving it caramel tones. A lively flavor leads to a full bodied palate with notes of oak and coffee.
