This wine comes from the highest sector of the Antas vineyard, which is characterized by austere granite soil and its unique terroir. This is where a Roman Village once existed, a fact suggested by the various terracotta fragments and tiles found there. Intense red color with purple center. Scented nose with notes of violets, ground pepper, roasted meat and tar. Exotic flavors of oriental woods and spices with an envelope of ripe red fruits. Very tasty finish with notes of cedar and vanilla. Contains Sulfites.

Ribeiro Santo Touriga Nacional is a concentrated wine, ruby color with violet lavas. Expressive aroma with blackberries and cherries, field flowers and notes of spices. Medium body, mineral, with a good acidity to give freshness, fine tannins and final firm and spicy. The harvest took place at the end of September. The grapes were harvested manually, for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed for small stainless mills, where they macerated 24 hours at low temperature, before beginning the alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle remonstrances for a good extraction of color and aromas. After fermentation, it was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it remained for 12 months until bottling. Contains Sulfites.
