Classic vinification in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 26 º C. Maceration cared for 5 days. Aged for 8 months in French oak. Clear appearance. red color with hints of garnet, reveals notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry, light blueberry, complexed with nuances of cinnamon and cloves, flanked by fresh vanilla expressions. It presents a very elegant and balanced body, with velvety and round tannins, with good expression of balsamic and pine notes. Defines an exquisite sensory cut with a long, fresh and mineral finish. 1333 bottles were produced. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta de Arcossó Reserva White is an exceptional example, the result of a careful selection of grapes from two different parcels. The first, a 2.5-hectare plot, is part of a 12-hectare vineyard planted in 2003, while the second, 5 hectares, is part of a set of 8 hectares planted between 2016 and 2017. Both are located on generous slopes, at altitudes of 400 and 500 meters, respectively, facing South and Southeast, with significant slopes and granite soil, guaranteeing the excellence of the raw material.
The vinification of this White Reserve is carried out with meticulous care, where around 40% of the alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, accompanied by "bâtonnage" over 10 months. This process gives the wine a unique complexity and richness, evident in its multifaceted aroma, which combines fruity nuances with a very subtle touch of wood and distinct notes of wet stone, adding depth to its taste profile. After bottling, the wine is carefully aged in the bottle for 4 months, ensuring the evolution and perfection of its character.
Upon tasting, Quinta de Arcossó Reserva White reveals a full body, fresh and at the same time unctuous, a true delight for the palate. The finish surprises with a hint of salinity, making each sip a unique and memorable experience. Quinta dos Carvalhais Mélange à Trois White

The grapes were harvested by caste and field, and at the time a rigorous qualitative selection was carried out. After gentle destemming and pressing, the grapes were transported by gravity to small stainless steel vats with temperature control, where they were vinified, caste to caste. The alcoholic fermentation occurred for about 8 days at an average temperature of about 27 ° C. 40% of the wine aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels of 225 liters, with the rest staged in stainless steel vats. After stage it was subjected to a light glue and filtration before bottling and was bottled without stabilization treatment by cold, which can cause the formation of deposit during its aging in bottle. Intense ruby ??color with violet tint. Aroma with presence of ripe red fruits, floral notes typical of Touriga Nacional. Balsamic character with fresh menthol notes. Mouth with excellent volume and integrated structure, very balanced acidity in a harmonious and long finish. Contains Sulfites.

Aged for 4 months in used French oak barrels. A wine concentrated and deep in the aroma, with a floral edge of great intensity, forest, pine forest and wild berries. Dense mouth with good structure, with present and appealing tannins with discreet vanilla finish. An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted wort is decanted for 48 hours, followed by controlled temperature fermentation, using pre-selected yeasts for this purpose. The bottling takes place after the stabilization of the wine, followed by a bottle stage. The Alvarinho Soalheiro winemaking is directed to obtain a wine that concentrates the quality of the grapes and allows a good evolution after the bottling.
