Grapes from old vineyards in the Douro Superior, with an average age over 40 years, in a “field blend”. Schist soils. 100% manual vintage, for small perforated boxes. Choice table reception. Stalk and crush. Cold maceration for 48 hours; alcoholic fermentation for 3 weeks with temperature control. Aging in new French oak barrels for 20 months. Notes of very ripe fruit, rockrose and spices, balanced with the freshness of Touriga Nacional. The long aging in the barrel added elegance and structure to the ensemble. Great aging potential. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were harvested manually, gently de-stemmed and pressed after careful sorting in the cellar. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats and used 400L and 500L oak barrels. Aging with fine lees and bâtonnage. Elegant orange and lemon peel, white flowers and peach aromas. The presence of barrel aging is discreet. In the mouth it is creamy, with crisp acidity and minerality giving a long finish.

Manual harvest for small 18kg boxes. Alcoholic fermentation for about 20 days with gentle maceration. Transfer to used French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation took place. Aging for 9 months in barrels and at least 6 months in bottle. Soft ruby color, aroma of red fruits such as raspberries and wild strawberries. In the mouth it is very round and fresh, with sweet spice notes and a long and elegant finish. Contains sulfites.

The grape varieties were vinified separately. After a very gentle pressing of the grapes, the must undergoes a cold static decanting and a 7-day “SURLIES” stage, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, fermenting at low temperatures. The Wardrobe gives floral and citrus and Arinto brings acidity and freshness to the set. This wine is very expressive in the vanilla aromas, it has an evident and elegant freshness.
