After destemming and crushing, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats, where the films are macerated - gently and at controlled temperatures - and alcoholic fermentation. After finishing fermentations, maturation in stainless steel and cement vats follows. The batch is prepared based on the tests and analyzes carried out during this period. To preserve the highest quality, it is only subjected to light gluing and filtration before bottling. Ruby color, intense aroma, with heather bush notes, floral aromas, fresh red fruits and some balsamic, such as resin and cedar. In the mouth it has a smooth attack, presenting polished tannins of good quality, notes of red fruits and some spices. The finish is very elegant. Contains Sulfites.

Deep red color wine with purple reflections and shiny appearance. The aroma is very delicate with good presence of notes of black plum, bergamot and violet, combined with shades of fine vanilla, cocoa and spices. In the mouth it is full and round, with good presence of silky tannins of the grapes and the oak that give it personality and distinction. Ideal to accompany red and baked meat dishes. Manual harvesting, organized by vineyard parcels to ensure harvesting at the right time. Transport of grapes in small boxes to avoid crushing. Manual selection of curls. Cold skin maceration. Total destemming followed by gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in oak casks from the Austrian and French forests. Stage on the total slurry, with periodic batonnage, without stabilization, nor filtration. Bright citrus color. Aroma expressive,? Oral with notes of tropical fruits and good intensity. But with interesting complexity thanks to the signs of the granite minerality of the region. Dry is the mouth. A well balanced acidity. The typical minerality of the region is present. Although fresh and refreshing, this wine has notes of peach, apricot and has a certain creaminess. Long and elegant finish, it is a wine with a strong personality. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (10-15ºC) for 12 to 15 days. 3 to 6 months in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Yellow color with green tones, exuberant aroma, fresh and light, dominated by citrus fruits and tropical aromas. Palate dominated by its acidity, with good volume, has a persistent and refreshing finish. Contains sulfites.
