The grapes were harvested manually and transported in small boxes to the cellar where they were stored in a cold chamber at 3°C for 24 hours. Then they were selected and pressed smoothly and quickly in order to obtain a light pink color. The must was cold decanted (10°C) and subsequently fermented in a cement tank at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in cement deposits (70%) and in used barrels (30%) until bottling. Pale pink color, fruity aroma with hints of raspberry and currant. Wine with good volume, structure and excellent acidity that gives it great freshness and persistence.

Manual harvest for 12kg boxes. Cooling of the grapes in a cold room for 24 hours to 10ºC. Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by destemming and crushing. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold decantation for 48h. Fermentation of each variety individually in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, for 20 days. Greenish hue, clear and bright. Very fine in the aroma, with good citrus fruit notes and a light tropical note. Creamy mouthfeel, marked by expressive fruit and supported by refreshing acidity. Contains sulfites.

The grapes that make up this wine come from old vines planted in schist soil at an average altitude of 350 meters in the region between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva, in the Douro Superior. With exposure to the Northeast, we were able to obtain full-bodied red wines with an elegant profile. Hand picking vintage. Fermentation made by grape varieties to improve the rigor in the selection of the final blend that gives rise to this wine. Fermentation takes place in small-capacity stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature of around 28ºC. Controlled maceration in order to obtain an aromatic and elegant wine.
