Quinta de Arcossó White Riesling
11,99 €
Quinta de Arcossó White Riesling is a winemaking jewel born in the Arcossó region, Vidago, part of the Ribeira de Oura sub-region. This exceptional Riesling comes from a careful selection of grapes grown on a dedicated plot of 0.8 hectares, set in an 8-hectare vineyard planted in 2016. Located on a southeast slope at an altitude of 450 meters, this land benefits from a 35% slope and granite soil, perfect conditions for the development of superior quality grapes.
Harvested at the peak of ripeness, the grapes for this Riesling went through a meticulous process of alcoholic fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats, enriched with the "bâtonnage" technique during fermentation. After bottling, the wine matured in the bottle for eight months, culminating in a wine with a vibrant yellow color, with deep aromas of grapefruit and pear, and a dense, fresh palate that continues into a long-lasting finish, promising a unique and memorable taste experience.
Quinta de São José Reserva Magnum Red
69,27 €
Grapes harvested by hand, for boxes of 25 kg, at their ideal point of maturation; intended to have a vigorous maturation, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and wine presses, thus allowing the quality constituents present in the skins of the very ripe grapes to pass smoothly into the wine. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in new and used 400 liter French oak barrels for approximately 12 months. Purple and very deep in color, very complex and distinctive aromas where the fruity and floral character predominates with spicy notes, fresh from mint from very discreet wood and well integrated into the wine. In the mouth it shows fruit, complexity with high level tannins that give it a long finish. This balanced combination of power and elegance certainly contributes to its aging potential, so the wine will benefit from a few years in the bottle. Contains Sulfites.

The Rufete variety reveals nobility for its ability to produce exotic reds with great potential for evolution in the bottle. A round wine with soft tannins, full bodied but at the same time elegant, with aromas of black and red fruit. The wines of caste Rufete are light in comparison to the typical Douros, however, they demonstrate a unique personality ending with a very long end of mouth. Quinta das Marias Encruzado White
10,69 €
Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes. The grapes were destemmed and crushed, followed by cold skin contact for 18 hours. After pressing and static decanting, alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel vat with controlled temperature (18 ºC) for 17 days. After the fermentation, it was aged on fine sludge for 3 months, and bâtonnage was carried out during the first month and a half. For almost 15 years, Quinta das Marias has produced 100% wine from the Encruzado variety.
