Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature followed by prolonged skin maceration of 20 days. Stage of 12 months in French oak barrels followed by 8 months in bottle. Gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature. The Maria Gomes variety ages in stainless steel vats for 9 months. The remaining varieties are aged in French oak barrels of the second year for 9 months, with weekly batching. Clear and straw yellow in color, this wine is deeply aromatic. The citrus aromas and notes of tropical fruit can be distinguished. An elegant acidity enhances the velvety texture of this wine, making it fresh, mineral and intense, with a long and lasting finish. Contains sulfites.
