Adega Mayor Baga Red is a testament to winemaking dedication and art. This care and attention to detail ensure the exceptional quality of this wine which, after bottling, rests until it reaches the ideal point to be enjoyed.
With a bright ruby color, this wine unfolds on the nose with fresh and complex aromas, highlighting dehydrated red fruit, hints of forest and touches of orange, all delicately wrapped in balsamic notes. Casa Velha Moscatel Galego White
8,81 €
Some of the best Moscatel grapes from the Favaios plateau are selected and harvested by hand. To extract the maximum aromatic richness of the grapes, a pre-fermentative maceration is carried out for 48 hours and only afterwards the clean must is extracted. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for about 15 days with a controlled temperature between 15-18ºC. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, a 5-month stage begins, during which contact with fine lees is promoted, after which filtration and bottling follow. Bright and citrus colored, with intense floral and fruity aromas, with emphasis on lychees, roses and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is quite elegant, fresh and balanced, with good acidity and medium structure. It ends in a balanced and persistent way. Contains sulfites.
