Grapes from 23-year-old vines, hand-picked into 20kg boxes. Second selection of grapes at the sorting table. Crushing with total destemming and pellicular maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 12 days at controlled temperature. Aging in new and used French oak barrels for 13 months, followed by a 6-month aging in the bottle until release. Ruby red color. Aroma with notes of cherry, blueberry and eucalyptus. On the palate it is structured, fresh and firm, with soft and silky tannins.

Manual harvest with subsequent selection. After destemming, the grapes go to marble presses where traditional foot treading is carried out with subsequent alcoholic fermentation at low temperature. Half of the batch aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and the other half aged in cement deposits. Red color, opaque with violet hints. Very aromatic wine, with notes of black plum, mint and cocoa. In the mouth it is elegant, with good structure and firm tannins. Long and persistent finish.

Desengace and fermented grapes in a wine press with manual treading. Malolactic fermentation and a prolonged period of 20 months in new barrels (50%) and French oak barrels. Naturally stabilized wine during barrel aging. 3650 bottles were produced. Delicate aromas of ripe red fruit and light floral notes. Mediterranean bush, cedar, wood, mocha, spice and moss add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long finish, the result of the prolonged aging in barrels to which it was submitted. Contains sulfites.

Manual winemaking, carefully selected and 100% destemmed in the cellar. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. After malolactic fermentation, it aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Ruby color, wood berries, complex aromas with refined mint notes. full-bodied palate, perfectly matched tannins in balance with its acidity showing promising development in the coming years. deep and long finish.
