Manual harvest in 20kg boxes, fermentation in French oak barrels at a controlled temperature between 14º-16ºC. Duration of 23 days. Aging for 6 months in 500L French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle. Lemon color, the wood is evident, well matched without overlapping with the identity of the Encruzado. Very present acidity, with some floral notes and honey. Contains sulfites.

Grapes from 23-year-old vines. Manual harvest and selective choice for 20 kg boxes. Second selection of grapes at the sorting table. Crushing with total destemming. Must obtained by the open spout process with very light pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 16ºC, for a period of 22 days. Stage in new and used French oak barrels for 18 months. Medium straw color. Delicate and balanced aroma where light citrus notes and light nuances of pine resin stand out. In the mouth, the freshness stands out in the foreground, with special emphasis on the intense mineral notes. It is a wine with great structure and complexity.
Textura Pura White
Originating from the 28-55 year-old Texture vines in Vila Nova de Tazem, in the Serra da Estrela sub-region, at an altitude of 480-550 m, on granitic soils. The tear must naturally fermented in new French oak (70%) and foudre (30%) barrels. Aged for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage, followed by 10 months in stainless steel tanks. Naturally stabilized. It is a very elegant wine, with delicate citrus aromas, mainly lemon and lime, cedar, pepper and even noticeable oak. Acidity and crunchy minerality, it shows great potential despite the concentration of old vines still young, dense and creamy. Long and pleasant finish. .
Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva White
Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva White features a beautiful bright yellow straw color very bright. In the aroma, the notes are buttery, honey and nuts, mineral touches and some vegetable that gives freshness and complexity to the lot. In the mouth, the aromatic complexity conferred by the oak barrel where it staged and again the notes of nuts and honey are perfectly balanced with the very lively acidity. It is an austere and elegant wine that ends at a very long, delicate and elegant finish. Contains Sulfites.
Pedra Cancela Signatura White
Fermentation in French oak barrels at controlled temperature. Stage 12 months in French oak barrels with battonage and 2 months in stage cellar. Originating in one of the (few) old white vines in Dão, it is an opulent wine, with clear notes of barrel wrapping the fruit, very creamy and deep, elegant citrus fruit to prolong the final. To grow in bottle. Contains Sulfites.
