Dona Sancha Red 2021
Discover Dona Sancha Red 2021, a wine that captures the essence of the Dão region. Produced in vineyards located in Silgueiros, 325 meters above sea level and facing east, on granite soils, this wine is a testament to the exceptional quality of the region.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats, with the temperature carefully controlled between 22º and 24ºC, for 16 days, followed by a 12-month aging period in stainless steel vats and 6 months in the bottle, ensuring maturity and balance.
Dona Sancha Red 2021 has a vibrant ruby color. On the nose, black fruit and jam stand out, complemented by vegetal notes typical of the Jaen variety. In the mouth, it surprises with its freshness, fine tannins and spicy nuances.
