Each plot was harvested manually and vinified separately in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and reassembly. After malolactic fermentation, all wines were transferred to 225 liter French oak barrels where they remained for 16 months. Of the barrels used, 50% were new and the remainder were 2nd or 3rd year. Typical aroma of ripe Touriga Nacional, bergamot, wild fruits, with floral (violet) and spice nuances. Elegant flavor, with lots of fruit and surrounding tannins. Long and very fresh aftertaste. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest for 15 kg boxes. Crushing and total destemming with protection against oxidation. Clarification by gravity for 18 hours. Fermentation in new barrels at a temperature between 16 and 20 ° C followed by aging in a barrel for 12 months. After bottling, a long aging in bottle followed. Citrus yellow color and shiny appearance. Delicate aroma, evolved, very complex and with discreet notes of wood, where the unmistakable character of the Arinto variety is detected. Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. Very smooth pressing of whole destemmed grapes. Manual harvest. Transport of grapes in boxes. Alcoholic fermentation: Maceration in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 26ºC and 28ºC. Very short stage in used French oak casks. A grape variety usually destined for Port Wines or for Douros by lot. Usually it produces less complex wines, and is only useful for batching. It is rarely bottled on its own because it has no structure capable of withstanding aging in the bottle. Relieve an intense fruity, in the mouth press for harmony.
