Quinta do Vallado Touriga Nacional Red

Each plot was harvested manually and vinified separately in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and reassembly. After malolactic fermentation, all wines were transferred to 225 liter French oak barrels where they remained for 16 months. Of the barrels used, 50% were new and the remainder were 2nd or 3rd year. Typical aroma of ripe Touriga Nacional, bergamot, wild fruits, with floral (violet) and spice nuances. Elegant flavor, with lots of fruit and surrounding tannins. Long and very fresh aftertaste. Contains sulfites.

Quinta da Romaneira Reserva Red
100% of this wine is aged in wood for 10 months, in 35% of new wood. Fermented in stainless steel vats for 10 days where afterwards malolactic fermentation takes place. Dark, dense and opaque color. Intense fruit of blueberries and raspberries, dough, pastry and spices. Characteristic aromas of wild flowers present in the vineyards of Romaneira. It reveals mineral flavors, with well integrated notes of the barrel and dark chocolate. Very good tannins and excellent finesse. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Monte Xisto Magnum Red
The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in 20 kg boxes. They were vinified in mills with treading on foot. Fermentation took place over 6 days in the mill with indigenous yeasts. This followed an 18-month stage in 600 liter kites. Intense ruby color, we bring the nose closer to the glass and the aroma is gradually discovered. First, the cistus, juniper, stands out, progressing to a universe of freshness seasoned by aromatic herbs. It is then alive and full of fruit. In the mouth it attacks with volume, a soft sphere surrounded by soft tannins slides for a long and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.
Aveleda Solos de Xisto Alvarinho White
Manual harvesting with selection of berries and cooling of the bunches. After the desired temperature, soft pressing with low pressures and fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. 100% stainless steel aging for 9 months. Clear citrus color to straw. Very elegant and smooth aroma. There are notes of tropical fruit, ripe grapefruit and white flowers. Tasty in the mouth with a velvety and balanced by good acidity. Reveals notes of ripe grapefruit, notes of mango and pineapple and light floral. Long, harmonious and tasty finish. Very clean wine, with aromatic intensity where tropical notes and ripe citrus are evident, making this wine very elegant but concentrated. With a long and harmonious finish. Contains sulfites.
Conceito White
Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging for 10 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage. It is a rich and concentrated wine, but with incredible subtlety and seduction. Contains Sulfites.
