Grapes de-stemmed and fermented in a press with manual treading. Malolactic fermentation and prolonged aging for 20 months in new barrels (50%) using French oak. Wine stabilized naturally during aging in barrels. 3650 bottles were produced. Delicate aromas of ripe red fruit and light floral notes. Mediterranean bush, cedar, wood, mocha, spice and moss add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it proves to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the limestone soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long finish, the result of the prolonged aging in barrels to which it was subjected. Contains sulfites.
Herdade da Candeeira Superior Red

Skin maceration for 12 hours, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25ºC and aging for 6 months in French oak barrels, 20% new and 80% used, measuring 225 and 300 liters. Intense ruby, notes of ripe black fruit, spices and light toast. In the mouth it is fruity, vegetal with soft tannins and a fresh finish. Contains sulfites.

Mariposa Encruzado White

The grapes were harvested manually for small boxes of 20kg, with selection in the vineyard. The grapes were again selected on the carpet of choice, cooled to the entrance of the cellar and immediately pressed. Part of the resulting wort was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it completed the fermentation and where it remained about 6 months. The rest of the wine, about 3/5, fermented and staged only in stainless steel. Citrus yellow color, floral aroma with light toasted notes and perception of granite. In the mouth it is unctuous with citric notes and a lively acidity. Ends long and vibrant.

Each portion was vinified separately in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature and scheduled reassembly. This wine aged for 16 months in used French oak barrels. A surprising wine, bright in color, with great aromatic intensity. Exuberant and mysterious, it combines the floral aromas typical of the Touriga Nacional with traces of exotic fruit. Tannins of great quality, intense but silky. It produces an end of bocafresco and citric, associated with the presence of wild fruits. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes. De-stemmed and crushed, followed by mass cooling and gentle pressing. After decanting the must, alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperature (18 ºC) for 15 days. After fermentation, it was aged on fine lees for 3 months, having been "batonnage" during the first month.Rosé from Quinta das Marias is a refreshing wine that appeals to hot days with friends around the pool. that does not lose its flavor and freshness.
