Aged for 5 months on fine lees and battonage. It is shiny with a salmon color. The aroma is delicate, with hints of wild fruit, lemon zest and a slight floral note. Balanced, dry and persistent body. Fresh and long with mineral notes, white fruit and final salinity. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were harvested manually, transported in 20 kg boxes and selected on a sorting table. 70% destemmed and 30% whole bunch. Fermentation occurred spontaneously, followed by 40 days of maceration. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. Open ruby color. Intense nose, notes of crushed fresh strawberry, some vegetable. Fresh attack, textured, good acidity, repeating the aromas of the nose. Great persistence.

After the manual harvest and careful selection of the grapes, the fermentation took place in small stainless steel presses, with controlled temperature. After fermentation, it aged for 6 months in new medium toasted French oak barrels. Intense ruby color, with deep and complex aromas, with red fruits, balsamic notes and dry tobacco leaf. In the mouth the omnipresent tannins are surprising, with their excellent integration in the acidity of the wine. Ends long and complex. Contains sulfites.
