The grapes were harvested manually, gently de-stemmed and pressed after careful sorting in the cellar. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats and used 400L and 500L oak barrels. Grapes carefully selected and transported in 20kg boxes. Vinification with minimalist intervention, where a cold maceration of whole grapes was carried out for 48 hours, followed by a soft pressing, fermented at a controlled temperature of 10ºC to 15ºC. 922 units were bottled, aging for 5 months in the bottle before its launch. The wine aged for 1 year in used French and Hungarian oak barrels and then 6 months in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. citrus color. Exuberance in a fresh and elegant nose, where white and yellow fruit emerges, combined with a smooth, well-integrated toast. Creamy palate with good depth supported by the fine and firm acidity that accompanies the tasting from start to finish. Contains sulfites.
