This Syrah wine reveals notes of fresh black plum with nuances of ripe blue fruit on a relatively intense palate, with a markedly mineral backbone in a set full of spices. Contains sulfites.

The harvest was performed manually for small capacity boxes. After destemming the grapes, they were trampled on foot in modern temperature-controlled stainless steel presses, followed by aging in French oak barrels and prolonged aging in the bottle. After fermentation, the wine aged in a cement tank, reminiscent of the old days of Carlos Lucas's enology. Times when cement was traditionally used. Medium concentration ruby color. Aroma of wild berries and some spices. A very fresh and young wine. It still maintains a freshness and a young aromatic component. In the mouth rustic and with an excellent acidity.
