The Taifa White is a premium selection of the property, resulting from a highly selective harvest of the oldest plots, with the objective of capturing the vibrant acidity and a perfect integration with new oak, promoting exceptional ageing of the wine. This wine is born from tradition and innovation, marking the beginning of a new era for the Quinta da Fonte Souto.

With an 11-month stage in new French and Hungarian oak barrels, the Taifa Branco presents a seductive perfume of hawthorn, complemented by marine notes and vanilla, and a rich palate with flavors of asparagi, quince and touches of honey.
