Discover the Quinta da Rede Vinha da Seara Red, an exquisite wine from the Douro, Lower Corgo sub-region. Originating from the slopes of Marão at an altitude of 450 meters, this wine is produced from a traditional blend of regional grape varieties, harvested in 'field blend'.
The vinification process includes total destemming and extended skin maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation in robotic lagares with temperature control at 26ºC for 10 days. The wine matures for 14 months in new 300-liter French oak barrels, gaining complexity and refinement.
With a bright ruby color, Vinha da Seara displays an intense yet refined aroma, featuring high-quality red fruit complemented by notes of wet earth, rockrose, and spices. On the palate, it is elegant and delicate, with polished tannins, silky texture, and a freshness that promises to evolve in the bottle for decades. Ideal for pairing with lean meats such as chicken or veal, it should be served between 17ºC-18ºC.

Lothian Vineyards Chardonnay White

Harvested by hand with maximum ripeness. The fruit was pressed together with a period of contact with the skin. The fermentation was initiated in stainless steel with ambient yeast. The fermentation juice was changed by a selection of French barrique, followed by a period of battonage to strengthen the middle palate of the wine. Nine months of ripening of the barrel in the fine lees have enriched the wine and increased the wealth. Before bottling, the wine was slightly filtered to preserve its integrity. Made from 100% Chardonnay, the nose exudes ripe stone fruit, lemon zest and slices of pineapple. The clean and refreshing acidity supports the ripe yellow fruit, complexed with vanilla bean spice and oat texture. Contains Sulfites.

This wine was aged for 24 months in French carvalho barrels, second and third use, on fine lees. From an open palm, it is a wine with aromas of sweetened baunilha and roasted nuts, presenting a high volume in the mouth, unctuous with a light mineral suggestion. Contains sulfites.

Grapes from a plot of the Quinta, the Corredoira vineyard. All grapes are hand-picked in 20 kg boxes. After a partial destemming and slight crushing, they go to the press where there is a slight contact between the skins and the must. Soft pressing and fermentation at medium/high temperatures in stainless steel vats. Finished fermentation in French oak barrels of 300 liters. Aged in barrels with total lees, with batonage, for 6 months. Vineyards with an average age of 35 years. Straw color, very complex and deep aroma. A lot of minerality with a light smoke, reveals citrus and fresh notes. Elegant and balanced palate, aromatic, with good volume and a very fresh and mineral finish. Contains sulfites.

After all it is a 100% Alvarinho made without addition of sulphites, with complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Based on production concepts that value biodiversity, this Soalheiro is made from grapes of the Alvarinho variety. The bottling, without filtration, causes the wine in the bottle to be subject to deposit, being this deposit essential for the protection of the oxidation, facilitating a stable evolution of this Out-of-the-Box Soil. Alvarinho grapes are harvested manually in the vineyards of Quinta da Soalheiro, where we use production concepts that value biodiversity and the wine-growing ecosystem, promoting environmental sustainability. The color and aroma are intense and despite the absence of added sulfites the aroma and the flavor have minerality and fruit. flavor is complex with soft onset and round due to malolactic complete with striking and intense finish.
