Discover the Quinta da Rede Vinha da Seara Red, an exquisite wine from the Douro, Lower Corgo sub-region. Originating from the slopes of Marão at an altitude of 450 meters, this wine is produced from a traditional blend of regional grape varieties, harvested in 'field blend'.
The vinification process includes total destemming and extended skin maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation in robotic lagares with temperature control at 26ºC for 10 days. The wine matures for 14 months in new 300-liter French oak barrels, gaining complexity and refinement.
With a bright ruby color, Vinha da Seara displays an intense yet refined aroma, featuring high-quality red fruit complemented by notes of wet earth, rockrose, and spices. On the palate, it is elegant and delicate, with polished tannins, silky texture, and a freshness that promises to evolve in the bottle for decades. Ideal for pairing with lean meats such as chicken or veal, it should be served between 17ºC-18ºC.

Planted in clayey-schist and sandy loam soils, with low yield potential, Vicentino's varieties show their best attributes. The low productivity imposed by the land will act as a stimulus to the quality of the grapes that form, promoting an ideal concentration of acids. organics, sugars and phenolic compounds. Achieving this balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, makes it possible to obtain a raw material of excellence. Fermentation in 500 liter French oak barrels with 50% stem. Aging for 10 months in the same barrels where it fermented. The aromatic elegance characteristic of the Pinot Noir variety is compounded by some notes from the French oak barrels where it was fermented and aged. It has an elegant taste, balanced acidity and a persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Adega de Borba Garrafeira Red

The grapes were crushed gently with total destemming, which was followed by the alcoholic fermentation process in a stainless steel mill, with moderate mechanical treading, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control at 24ºC. The wine aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. After light filtration, bottling took place and a final stage in a 30-month cellar in the bottle. Deep garnet color, good aromatic intensity to very ripe black fruits, cocoa and toasted nuts. A soft flavor with silky tannins of raisin fruit and wild berry, full-bodied but with a long-lasting freshness. Contains sulfites.

This wine has been carefully prepared from an accurate selection of the Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz varieties. He spent 6 months in American oak and French Allier. Features a deep ruby color with violet nuances. The aroma is elegant, showing notes of very ripe red fruits, plum and blackberry, married with a light touch of black pepper, cacao and vanilla. Some of the grapes were subjected to the traditional process of milling, while the rest were vinified in five-ton stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and robotic reassembly. After the malolactic fermentation, all the wines were transferred to French Allier oak barrels where they remained for 18 months. 60% staged in new barrels, 40% in used barrels. Quinta do Vallado Reserva Field Blend has a very concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak, fig and blackberry, tobacco. Flavor very full-bodied, fleshy with ripe and round tannins. The finish is elegant, mineral, very persistent and complex. Contains Sulfites.
