Mr. Amílcar chose to ferment this white wine, an Arinto from Quinta de Arcossó, directly in the Vidago region, 450 meters above sea level in Trás-os-Montes (Ribeira de Oura). He adopted a unique approach: 80% of the fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with 'bâtonnage', while the remaining 20% was fermented in French oak barrels. After this process, this delicious Arinto was aged in bottles for 30 months.
Enhance the flavor of this white wine by decanting it for an hour before serving.

Part of the batch fermented and aged in used 500 liter barrels. Pale pink color. Fine and delicate aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and structured, predominating notes of raspberry and tropical fruit, with a prolonged aftertaste.
