It comes from several plots of old vines. It was vinified in stainless steel, where it fermented for 5 weeks. The malolactic occurred in Inox, where it aged until bottling. It was bottled without filtration. Very light in color, it shows a fresh and floral profile, very frank and expressive. The character of Baga and Bairrada are very present, with good notes of strawberry, dried roses and some spices. The mineral aroma, which brings us to limestone and a markedly Atlantic climate. Fresh, direct and very seductive, it is a wine that does not weigh, a wine that allows itself to be drunk very easily and that always invites us for another glass. Quinta de Carvalhiços Reserve Red
Aged for 4 months in used French oak barrels. A wine concentrated and deep in the aroma, with a floral edge of great intensity, forest, pine forest and wild berries. Dense mouth with good structure, with present and appealing tannins with discreet vanilla finish. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel with temperature control at 27°C, with grapes that had been destemmed.

On March 3, 2016, his wife and three daughters took their birthday to present it with the AML 70. This blend of alicante Bouschet and Touriga Franca, rigorously selected, staged 24 months in French oak barrels. Visually their violet reflections are well highlighted by their deep and concentrated ruby color. In the nose it is full of very mature fruit, with suggestive notes of jelly and compotes of fruits of forest. With good volume in the mouth, good freshness, distinguished by its round and balanced set, with well integrated soft tannins, providing a long finish, where the fruity character reappears in the retro nasal aroma.
