Discover Vinha do Mouro White, an elegant wine from the vineyards located in Estremoz, at an altitude of 450 meters, under the influence of a continental Mediterranean climate that provides significant thermal amplitude during the maturation period. This microclimate is ideal for developing the complexity of the grapes.
This wine results from careful hand harvesting in 20 kg boxes, followed by an 8-hour skin maceration. The spontaneous fermentation of the grape blend occurs in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18ºC for 2-3 weeks, with subsequent aging in vat and one year in bottle, ensuring ideal development.
Vinha do Mouro White boasts a vibrant citrine color and an attractive aroma that blends mineral notes with citrus and slightly underripe fruit nuances. On the palate, it is well-structured, with mouth volume and marked freshness, supported by excellent and unusual acidity for the region. Perfect for pairing with light dishes and seafood, it should be served at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
Quinta da Viçosa Red

The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected manually on the table of choice. After crushing, they are trodden in marble presses with the traditional treading on foot. Fermentation ends in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Aging 12 months in new French oak half barrels. Deep violet and dense color. Intense and deep aroma, dominated by spices and very ripe black fruits, where notes of dark chocolate are also present. In the mouth, voluminous, with a well-involved acidity, which together with its retronasal aroma, gives it great elegance and persistence. Contains sulfites.

50% vinified in stainless steel to bring out the citrus fruit, 50% in used 500L barrels and foudre to provide greasiness and texture in the mouth using bâtonnage for six months. Arribas do Douro Superior Red

The grapes that make up this wine come from old vines planted in schist soil at an average altitude of 350 to 400 meters in the region between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva, in the Douro Superior. The grapes that give rise to this wine come from old vines with exposure to the Northeast and East. Hand picking vintage. Fermentation made by grape varieties and with separation at origin to improve the rigor in the selection of the final blend that gives rise to this wine. Fermentation takes place in small-capacity stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature of around 28ºC. Controlled maceration in order to obtain an aromatic, concentrated and elegant wine, at a level close to a Reserve. Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels. The Arribas do Douro Superior wine is a wine with the character of the Douro Superior. It has an aroma of ripe red fruits, spices, with elegant notes of vanilla originating from the barrel stage. Firm and pleasant tannins. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22-26 ºC for about 7 days with gentle maceration in cement vats, maceration using the classic “delestage” technique, about 3 to 4 per fermentation, malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Aging for 14 months in 300 Lts American oak barrels with extra fine grain. Explosive aroma, very intense, wild fruits and spices with intense notes of licorice in perfect balance with discrete notes from barrel to toast and vanilla. Sweet attack in the mouth, with great volume, the vibrant notes of fruit and spices can be felt in the nose, with very voluminous and soft tannins, with a long and persistent finish. Ready to drink. Clean and bright pale yellow color, the aroma is intense with field flowers, with citrus notes, finished with great minerality.
