Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. After a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures, the grapes are pressed and the must clarified. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16º C for two to three weeks. Fresh and elegant aroma, where citrus and floral notes stand out, associated with a remarkable minerality. Intense and long aftertaste. Contains sulfites.

Quinta de Santiago, built in 1899 in Monção, is still owned by its descendants. The Quinta has 9 hectares of which 6 planted with vines aged between 3 to 9 years, exclusively in clay soils. Clean, pale greenish yellow with medium intensity nose, lime, peach, roses, resin and wet stone. In the mouth it is dry, drying tannin, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity, lime, peach, earthy, wet stone and long finish. This wine was obtained in a peculiar way, 50% was naturally fermented and aged in Amphora in contact with the films. The remaining 50% naturally fermented in stainless steel and trained in amphorae in the Rocim Estate. Contains Sulfites.

Invisible is a white wine of red grapes obtained from the tear of fine grapes of the Aragonese grape variety. It results from the nocturnal harvesting of a selected field, when the optimum maturation point is reached. Almost transparent, with pink lace, it has a floral scent, with notes of white fruits (melon and pear). The palate confirms the aroma, with a good balance and slightly sweet finish. Chryseia was produced from the best grapes extracted from the two vineyards of the Douro Valley of Prats & Symington, Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz. Another property, Quinta da Vila Velha, which is privately owned by a member of the Symington family, has also contributed some of its finest grapes, as it has in all Chryseia harvests. It was aged in French oak barrels of 400 Liters for 15 months. The grapes were harvested in excellent condition, resulting in a very fine Chryseia. Contains Sulfites.
