The maturation phase occurred later, due to lack of water in the soil and heat. The harvested grapes rested for 24 hours in a refrigerated container at 8º C in order to protect the integrity of the bunches. After rigorous selection in the cellar, the grapes were pressed with the entire bunch, at low pressure. Part of the batch was fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for 8 months, and the rest in French oak barrels. Pale yellow in color, it has a fresh and complex aroma. Mineral character, which gives it freshness, together with citrus and floral notes, with a slight aroma of smoke. Frank in the mouth is mineral, enveloping with acidity tempered by the light greasiness provided by the partial malolactic produced in barrels. Contains sulfites.
Pacheca Moscatel Galego White

The grapes for this wine come from a vineyard planted at an altitude of 571 meters. This location allows the grapes to have a natural acidity that will be decisive to produce a vibrant and fresh wine. It is a very balanced and elegant wine. It has, as is typical of the variety, an exuberant aroma with notes of citrus and linden flowers and honey. The mouth is "seasoned" by acidity and minerality, ensuring a delicious freshness. With grapes from the Douro Superior, very close to the limit of the demarcated region, namely Vinhas Velhas based on Rabigato, the strength of freshness was combined in a very young wine with great aging capacity. Highlight for the altitude of these vineyards, close to 650m, and the granitic soil, which originate wines with excellent storage capacity. After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes underwent a short maceration and fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Aging for 8 months in stainless steel on fine lees. Aging in bottle for 2 months. This wine presents a white fruit on the nose with great intensity, fresh notes and very aromatic. A well-balanced wine in the mouth with a very long, persistent body and endless freshness. Contains sulfites.
Mãos Códega do Larinho White

Manual harvest with choice in the vineyard in 20 kg boxes. Ferments at controlled temperatures. Clean and bright pale yellow color, the aroma is intense with field flowers, with citrus notes, finished with great minerality. In the mouth the attack is fresh, almost vegetable, growing in the middle of tasting for textured and creamy, ending with lots of fresh fruit. Contains Sulfites.
Mãos Reserva White

The grapes were carefully selected in the vineyard and in the cellar. Mãos Reserva Branco, fermented and aged at controlled temperatures for 10 months in new French oak barrels. Predominant aroma of peanuts, tea leaves and citrus notes. In the mouth it is dense and buttery. Acidity very present at the end of the tasting. Contains Sulfites.
Crasto Superior White

The grapes, coming from the Douro Superior, were transported in 22 kg boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the winery. They were later de-stemmed and pressed. The pressed must was transferred to a stainless steel tank where it was kept at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until it was decanted. Afterwards, the alcoholic fermentation started in a stainless steel tank and later the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where the fermentation ended at a temperature of 14ºC for a period of 45 days. Crasto Superior aged in French oak barrels, where it remained for 6 months, in the process of working fine lees “bâtonnage”, with the barrels resting on a rotating system that allows the lees to be lifted without incorporating oxygen. It has a pale lemon color, has an excellent freshness and minerality on the nose, well integrated with fresh citrus fruit notes. Evolves in the mouth in a captivating way to a wine of great seriousness, with a vibrant acidity and great volume, very fresh and mineral. A wine with a gastronomic profile that ends up seductive and with enormous persistence. Contains sulfites.
