Foral de Évora White
Produced from the Assario variety, planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. Once the ideal ripeness is reached, the grapes are harvested and transported to the winery, starting the technological process with total destemming, light crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by aging on fine lees, with battonnage, lasting eight months. Youth notes stand out, characterized by fruity aromas and fresh flavors. Contains sulfites.
