Foral de Évora Branco

Produced from the Assario grape variety, planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. When the ideal ripeness is reached, the grapes are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins with total destemming, light crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by ageing on fine lees with battonnage for eight months. Notes of youth stand out, characterized by fruity aromas and fresh flavours. Contains sulphites.
