Aged in French oak for 9 months. Ruby color with garnet reflections, it expresses notes of red fruits, such as blackberry, complexed with fine vanilla nuances and spices. In the mouth it is balanced, round and velvety, with consistent tannins and a persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Vineyards aged 23 years. Manual harvest into 20kg boxes. Grape selection on the sorting table. Crushing with total destemming and pre-fermentation pellicular maceration in stainless steel vats at low temperature for a period of 48 hours. Clear of intense ruby color. It shows some reflexes of fine red. In the nose it is elegant and complex with presence of very mature red fruits marrying notes of cinnamon and spices, of high refinement. In the mouth it is soft with good structure of tannins. It presents a long and authentic ending, according to its tradition. Classical vinification, fermentation with controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 5 to 6 days. Stage 4 years in stainless steel tanks, 10 months in Allier Fino and 5 months in the bottle. Contains Sulfites.
