Constructo Red
38,49 €
Constructo Red is an authentic expression of the unique terroir of Penalva do Castelo, coming from vineyards with 35 years of history. This wine, meticulously composed of a balanced selection of 50% Touriga Nacional and 50% Alfrocheiro, reflects our conviction in the ability of these grape varieties to capture the essence of the granite and clayey soil of this region. The combination results in a red wine of unparalleled depth and character.
Vinification is carefully adjusted to the different maturation states of each grape variety, including 40% whole bunch and prolonged macerations of at least 15 days, followed by aging in French oak barrels for 18 months. This artisanal process gives Constructo a remarkable aromatic complexity, with deep red fruit and nuances that unfold in layers of flavor.
In the mouth, its solid structure, balanced acidity and medium intensity tannins with a smooth texture herald a wine with exceptional aging potential. Constructo Tinto is, without a doubt, a discovery for wine lovers who value depth, complexity and the capacity for evolution.
Buçaco Colheita White
36,89 €
At the beginning of the 19th century, a fascinating story emerged in the world of Portuguese Wine: the launch of an icon, a desired wine, but always discreetly kept away from the spotlight.
Alexandre de Almeida innovated by combining luxury hospitality with a wine cellar and his own wine, creating the rare and historic Buçaco wines, produced at Palácio do Bussaco, in the mountains north of Coimbra.
These wines, preserving traditions without adopting modernism, reveal a notable aging potential and can last in the bottle for decades.

Manual harvest, during the month of September for 25 kg boxes. After a selection of bunches in the vineyard, the berries were chosen by optical sorting at the entrance of the winery, in order to take advantage of only the perfect berries. These were then refrigerated, de-stemmed and pressed in an inert environment. The subsequent cold decantation and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16°C. This single variety has a very elegant profile and citrine color. On the nose, the aromas of stone fruits and flowers stand out. In proof, it shows balanced acidity, fruity taste, finishing in a consistent and delicate way. Contains sulfites.

An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. The bottling takes place after the stabilization of the wine, followed by a bottle stage. The Alvarinho Soalheiro winemaking is directed to obtain a wine that concentrates the quality of the grapes and allows a good evolution after the bottling.
