The grape varieties were vinified separately. After a very gentle pressing of the grapes, the must undergoes a cold static decanting and a 7-day “SURLIES” stage, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, fermenting at low temperatures. The Wardrobe gives floral and citrus and Arinto brings acidity and freshness to the set. This wine is very expressive in the vanilla aromas, it has an evident and elegant freshness. The balanced acidity of this wine gives it a unique freshness and balance. Ideal for elaborate fish dishes due to its creaminess and freshness. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were harvested by hand into small boxes of 20 kg. The composition of the blend varies with the production of each variety in the vineyard. The grapes were cooled at the entrance to the cellar and immediately pressed. The resulting must decanted in low temperature stainless steel tanks and then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks in order to preserve all the natural aromas and flavors of the grapes that give rise to them. The result is a lemon yellow wine, with tropical notes of mango, pineapple and citrus. In the mouth it is balanced, with a lively acidity and a refreshing finish. Contains Sulfites.

The Buçaco were, and still are, always vinified in the same way and with the same methods of old. The fact that the grapes originate in the regions of Dão and Bairrada guarantees a great wine, which develops in a noble bottle. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats, without too much extraction. Aging for 12 months in old Portuguese oak barrels. Open ruby color, translucent. Delicate aroma with fresh red fruits in the first instance, expanding to a slight smoke. Very fresh and light in the mouth with very complicated acidity and tannins, long and mineral finish.
