Desengace and fermented grapes in a wine press with manual treading. Malolactic fermentation and a prolonged period of 20 months in new barrels (50%) and French oak barrels. Naturally stabilized wine during barrel aging. 3650 bottles were produced. Delicate aromas of ripe red fruit and light floral notes. Mediterranean bush, cedar, wood, mocha, spice and moss add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long finish, the result of the prolonged aging in barrels to which it was submitted. Contains sulfites.

Made with grapes harvested from the old vines on the Ribeiro Santo property and on another plot, in São João de Lourosa, where the Dão runs, which calls the origin of this blend, made from the Encruzado variety. The must fermented under lees, then in 300L barrels and aged there, with battonage, for 6 months. After bottling, the wine was kept in the cellar for another 6 months. Clear and citrine color. Delicate aroma with notes of white fruit, aromatic herbs and a mineral profile. In the mouth tasting it shows complexity and freshness, with a refreshing minerality and citric acidity. Contain sulfites.

Manual harvest, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22-26 ºC for about 7 days with gentle maceration in cement vats, maceration using the classic “delestage” technique, about 3 to 4 per fermentation, malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Aging for 14 months in 300 Lts American oak barrels with extra fine grain. Explosive aroma, very intense, wild fruits and spices with intense notes of licorice in perfect balance with discrete notes from barrel to toast and vanilla. Sweet attack in the mouth, with great volume, the vibrant notes of fruit and spices can be felt in the nose, with very voluminous and soft tannins, with a long and persistent finish. Ready to drink.
