Transport in 20 kg boxes and total destemming. Step on foot in traditional granite presses. Alcoholic fermentation in a wine press for 8 to 10 days with continuous work and controlled temperature. Aging in French oak barrels where it remains for 16 months. It presents an elegant and fresh palate, revealing great balance in the whole. Contains sulfites.

50% of the stemmed grapes and 50% of the destemmed grapes fermented for 15 days at controlled temperatures between 20 and 23ºC, with little skin maceration. Early maturing variety with little color. This wine is characterized by the aroma of wild berries, balsamic and with some notes of tobacco. The grape varieties were vinified separately. After a very gentle pressing of the grapes, the must undergoes a cold static decanting and a 7-day “SURLIES” stage, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, fermenting at low temperatures. The Wardrobe gives floral and citrus and Arinto brings acidity and freshness to the set. This wine is very expressive in the vanilla aromas, it has an evident and elegant freshness. The balanced acidity of this wine gives it a unique freshness and balance. Ideal for elaborate fish dishes due to its creaminess and freshness. Contains sulfites.
