Quinta de Arcossó Pinot Noir Rosé is a sublime expression of the unique terroir of Arcossó, Vidago, in the Ribeira de Oura sub-region. Cultivated with dedication on an exclusive 1-hectare plot, part of a majestic 8-hectare vineyard planted in 2016, this rosé comes from a generous slope, at an average altitude of 450 meters, facing east, where the 35% slope and the Granitic soil combine to create ideal conditions. Its origin, marked by tradition and passion for winemaking, gives this wine an unmistakable identity.
Meticulously harvested on August 22nd, the grapes for this Pinot Noir Rosé are transformed through careful alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, ensuring the preservation of all their qualities. The result is a wine with an intense salmon color, with light, fresh aromas and exceptional purity. On the palate, it stands out for its balanced structure, vibrant and friendly acidity, culminating in a long and memorable finish. Quinta da Pellada Mulher Nua Red
25,76 €
Spontaneous fermentation, obviously with indigenous yeasts, took place in a stainless steel mill, followed by a 36-month stage in three 400L oak casks, second/third use. Direct gravity bottling. This wine is the result of an attempt to recreate the Pelada 2003, in which, at the time, it was intended to demonstrate the elegant and balanced character of Dão wines. A part of the lot comes from the Alto and Meio plots, from the old vineyard (70 years old) of Quinta da Pellada, where there is a great genetic heritage, with no predominance of any variety. The other part of the lot comes from Touriga Nacional from plot 5 of Quinta da Pellada. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest and then transported in pallets. Partial fermentation in stainless steel vats, finished in old oak casks. Stage in the same hulls for 20 months. The bright yellow hue immediately catches the eye! It presents an aromatic complexity where there is a mix of floral, with dominance of white flowers, and ripe fruity yellow pulp and dehydrated fruit. In the mouth the notes of toasted wood take to another dimension, warmer and more complex, always accompanied with a beautiful acidity and surrounding volume. Final with an intoxicating freshness! Good evolution in bottle. Contains sulfites.
