Quinta de Lemos Touriga Nacional 2012 Red

Touriga Nacional, a Portuguese indigenous variety from the Dão region. This variety with a high oenological potential of a resounding bearing falls with an integrated protection program and the application of herbicides is prohibited. Harvesting is hand made, caste by caste, when the ideal maturation point is reached, usually between the second fortnight of September and the first fortnight of October. The harvest is collected in small boxes of 10 kg. These wines are obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature in order to preserve all their aromatic elegance in large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks for 20 days. The wine is produced by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and has a subsequent maturation period of 18 months to enhance its structure and complexity. Quinta de Lemos Touriga Nacional is dark concentrated, thin and elegant, balsamic, prunes and ripe blackberries, citrus. Fine wood temper the whole. Dense texture of fine tannins. Contains Sulfites.
Titan of Douro Fragmentado White

Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subjected to a careful manual selection. They are destemmed, crushed and macerated for 48 hours, followed by French oak barrels, where they ferment and stash. This wine is a batch of wines from several years. It presents an intense straw color. Aromas of bread, honey, grapefruit, white flowers and wet stone. In the mouth it is a wine filled with layers, very voluminous and full of energy given its persistent freshness. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Pellada Encruzado Late Release White

This Encruzado comes from a plot at 500 meters altitude of granitic soil with lines of clay. After pre-fermentation skin contact and static decantation, fermentation took place in barrels (500/600L) with 5 years of use. The aging was very long (late release) in barrels without battonage or sulfur addition. Direct bottling without filtering or gluing. Contains sulfites.
