After pressind the wine masses, the wort was clarified and fermented in French oak narrles. After the alcoholic fermentation, battonage was carried out for 4 months. The stage on lees, in barrel, lasted for 8 months. It was bottled directly from the barrels in July 2015, without any clarification, as was once the custom. Contains Sulfites.

Planting Baga at Quinta dos Terms was a thoughtful choice, but the first years of production did not live up to expectations. In 2011 everything was different, and the Baga variety produced the best wine of the harvest, when the first edition of A Surpresa wine was launched. In 2019, Baga once again showed all its attributes, justifying a reissue of this wine, which is only released in special years.

It has a very subtle vegetable side that blends in perfectly with the notes of spice and light smoked. In the mouth is a wine that excels by the balance, the harmony and the harmony that it presents. Proibido à capela Red

After manual harvesting and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were hand-de-stemmed and the grapes trodden by foot in a small press. Fermentation started spontaneously and lasted approximately 20 days. It was transferred to a pitcher without the use of electricity. This wine has a red fruit aroma. Fresh, light and disconcerting wine. Harmonization and longevity: It is a challenge to gastronomy. It can be consumed immediately or in the next 5 to 10 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, protected from light and without temperature fluctuations. Contains sulfites.
