João Portugal Ramos Vinha do Lado Red is an authentic expression of winemaking excellence, the result of a careful and traditional winemaking process. The grapes, meticulously de-stemmed and manually selected, are subjected to the noble practice of foot treading in marble presses. This ancestral stage is followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, complemented by a 12-day post-fermentation maceration that extracts the depth of flavors.
Its maturation is carried out in half barrels of French and Hungarian oak, for first and second use, for a period of 12 months, ensuring the perfect fusion between fruit and wood, and giving the wine a rich and complex structure.
This wine shines with its intense color and seduces with opulent aromas of jam, ripe fruit, truffles and vanilla, which herald the richness of flavors to be discovered. From this differentiation we decided to create a wine based on the best behavior of the grape variety in the wine year. Based on this philosophy, we feel free to choose the best reflected caste each year. We inaugurated this reference with the Alfrocheiro of the year 2011. The fermentation took place in a vat of spontaneous fermentation. Stage of 12 months in barrel and 18 months in bottle. From our older vines were harvested the sane grapes and in the best state of maturation that gave rise to this great wine. These grapes were harvested and selected by hand with all rigor. The fermentation took place in stainless steel mills, of small dimensions with temperature control in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance. After fermentation, it aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels. The intense garnet color combines with a seductive aromatic profile, with delicious notes of ripe fruit, homemade jams, subtly married with a delicious aroma of vanilla and spices. In the mouth it is powerful and intense. Robust tannins and well blended acidity finishes with long and elegant finish. Contains Sulfites.
Biaia Biológico Vegan White

Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subjected to a careful manual selection, destemming and gentle crushing. They are pressed in a pneumatic press and the resulting must, in a stainless steel vat, decant at 8ºC for 48 hours. The alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 12ºC for 30 days and at the end it was aged for 8 months with agitation of fine lees. A organic wine rich in fresh aromas of red fruit and vegetable notes of resin, pine and rockrose, with a rich and dense flavor with freshness and sweet tannins.
