Messias 10 Anos White
Wine from pelicular maceration fermented at a controlled temperature (18-20ºC), which when the must reaches the desired sweetness value, the fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%), and then aged in oak wood until bottled. Messias 10 Years white has a golden color, in the nose stand notes of vanilla and spices, combined with a floral touch. In the mouth it confirms all these aromas, which combining a subtle wood and a good acidity give unique characteristics to this wine, which has a long and pleasant aftertaste. Contains sulfites.

Originating in one of the (few) old white vines in Dão, it is an opulent wine, with clear notes of barrel wrapping the fruit, very creamy and deep, elegant citrus fruit to prolong the final. To grow in bottle. Contains Sulfites.

Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels. With a very delicate and elegant profile, the floral and fruit notes stand out. Grapes from several quality vineyards in the Arco da Calheta and Prazeres area. Grapes pressed in a pneumatic press. Interruption of fermentation through the addition of vinous alcohol (96%). Boal aged in Canteiro for 5 years in French oak casks. For this batch, we selected wines from our warehouses, whose stable temperatures throughout the year gave rise to this wine with balanced levels of sugar and acidity. Honey color. Aromas of dried fruits, floral, honey and yellow fruit compote. Palate with a light toast, medium and soft body, with a fresh finish and some spice. Contains sulfites.
