In the mouth it reveals great impact, voluminous and enveloping. Very different tannins, notes of apricot and peach. Medium in a fresh and dry mouth, at the end you can clearly see the richness of this different wine with notes of toasted and well salted nuts. Manual harvest, uncrushed grapes, carbonic maceration with fermentation starter with whole berry. Manual reassembly 2x day and temperature 24ºC. overlapping stage for 365 days until the harvest date of the new harvest. Static decantation for 6 months and consequent stage on lees. 1 year aging in bottle before coming to the market. Contains Sulfites.

After manual harvesting, the grapes were transported in boxes of 18 kg capacity so as not to harm the integrity of the bunch. Once in the cellar, the boxes were unloaded onto a sorting mat for the first sorting of the grapes. This was followed by destemming, choosing berry by berry and crushing them, which were transported by gravity to a pneumatic press. After clarifying the must, alcoholic fermentation began in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of around 12ºC, in order to preserve all the varietal character of the variety. Alcoholic fermentation took place for approximately 20 days, where the different components then staged for 8 months. It is a light salmon colored wine. In the aroma, it presents notes of very fresh red fruit, such as strawberry, fresh cherry, light currant and floral. In the mouth it is slightly structured with a lot of freshness to balance the entire tasting.

Manual harvesting with selection of berries and cooling of the bunches. After the desired temperature, soft pressing with low pressures and 100% fermentation in small stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures. 100% stainless steel aging for 9 months. Clear citrus color to straw. Very lush aromas of white flowers, passion fruit and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is a very concentrated, yet smooth wine that reveals notes of floral, ripe passion fruit, grapefruit, lime peel. A wine that takes care of the senses and with an excellent balance between fruit, minerality and acidity. Contains sulfites.

Fermentation took place during 18 days at low temperatures in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine staged in the same barrels in contact with the fine lees, during 9 months, with "batonnage". Great intensity of color, it presents an excellent balance, good acidity and minerality. A very elegant wine, fresh and with a long finish of mouth. Contains Sulfites.

Grapefruit and apricot notes, notes of mint green complemented with white pepper and nutmeg. Elegant and harmonious on the palate, balanced between fruit and spices. An intense and persistent finish.
