After partial destemming, the wine fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. After this process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it remained for 24 months before being bottled. Casa Ferreirinha Touriga-Feminino is a red wine of great aromatic range, presenting notes of wild red fruits, notes of macerated black fruits, balsamic notes, spices and subtle notes of wood. It is an extraordinarily elegant red, full of volume and concentration, with imposing and vibrant tannins and elegant acidity. Contains sulfites.

After pressing, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and then ages in 300 liter French oak barrels for a period of 12 months. After designing the batch, it ages in the bottle for two years before being released on the market. Aroma of black fruits in jam, spice, flowers and mint. The notes of toast and dark chocolate accentuate the complexity of the wine on the nose. In the mouth it is soft, fresh, full and elegant. The finish is long, shows an enormous concentration of smooth tannins and a hint of Vidigueira. Long and persistent that leaves a fine and delicate essence of all its aromas and flavors.

Produced from a vineyard over 100 years old where Arinto dos Açores dominates, but there are also Verdelho, Boal (Malvasia Fina) and Alicante white (Boal de Alicante). Harvested by hand, selection on a selection table, direct press, cold decanted 12h, first presses vinified in stainless steel in a horizontal vat, 2nd presses fermented in French oak barrels for 3 years of use, without batonnage for 9 months. Yellow citrus-straw color, iodine aroma, salt, linden. In the mouth, dense concentrated attack, acidity cuts in half and remains until the end of the tasting, salt and iodine, it is a sea slap. Manual harvesting, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately, the grapes are fermented by grape varieties and batches, so that from a very early age a rigorous selection can be made that will later give rise to the “blend”, very traditional from the old world, reveals the art of selecting grapes by parcels and the art of selecting wines for blending. Fermentation takes place in small capacity stainless steel vats, with temperatures around 28 ºC. Smooth and controlled macerations in order to obtain elegant and aromatic wines. Part of the lot is aged for a period of 12 months in predominantly French oak, with a small percentage of American wood. Intense aroma of great complexity, aromas of forest fruits and cistus from Touriga Franca, spices and red fruits from Tinta Roriz and very fresh and elegant violet floral notes from Touriga Nacional. In the mouth it is sweet and enveloping, with very smooth noble tannins, long and warm finish. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes reception in the cellar in 24kg boxes. Manual selection followed by destemming, skin maceration and gentle pneumatic pressing. The must ferments in stainless steel vats at low temperature. Stabilization and light filtration. Special care was taken in the winemaking, minimizing any intervention, with the aim of producing a wine that expresses well the particularities of the grapes and terroir. Produced at Quinta de Santa Teresa, with grapes from the P70 plot, this Monólogo is a monovarieous wine with an aromatic profile, long in the mouth and persistent. These characteristics, typical of the variety, have been appreciated since ancient Greece, where Malvasia Fina comes from. On the nose we find freshness and smoky aromas, quartz and nutmeg. On the palate it is pleasant, balanced and unctuous, showing notes of granitic influence, spices and pear. Contains sulfites.
