It is a terroir wine with great freshness and minerality. Citrine color and crystalline appearance. Elegant floral aromas. A dry wine with a remarkable balance and a long lasting finish. This wine will evolve well in the next 3 to 5 years. This wine accompanies especially well dishes of fatty fish and seafood. Contains Sulfites.

Vinhas da Teixuga Red is a monovarietal from Jaen, one of the typical grape varieties of the region, and shows the full potential of this variety, largely due to twelve months in French oak barrels, carefully selected to highlight the special characteristics of the variety. Munda Alfrocheiro Red
Manual harvest at the optimum point of maturation, crushing and soft destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 8 days at 22-24ºC. Malolactic fermentation and stage in French oak 500L for 15 months. Slight filtration before bottling. Ruby red color, Delicate aromas of fresh strawberry and raspberry fruits, notes of red and still balsamic pepper to pine, Soft, fresh, fruity and balsamico attack. Acidity balanced. Long and elegant finish. Contains Sulfites.
